Pole Inspection Tags

Pole Inspection Tags are a form of safety warning signs, used to notate and identify various types of utility pole inspections from an external visual inspection to internal inspections.  They take the place of chemical safety labels by additionally warning of chemical / preservative treatments and excavations.  These pole inspection tags also typically notate the name of the inspecting company and the date of the pole inspection.

Tags are typically installed 5′ – 6′ above grade and the most recent pole inspection tags is mounted above the previous one.

Pole inspection tags are made of aluminum.  The tags are made in oval, round triangular, diamond and rectangular shapes with the information embossed for longevity.  Aluminum mounting nails can also be embossed with the date of the inspection.
