LEM Lockout tags provide critical safety information and can prevent serious accidents from occurring. Bilingual Lockout tags help decrease injuries among employees with diverse language backgrounds.

LEM Lockout Tags can be used with LEM Lockout Stations, which are constructed of tough, high visibility yellow plastic composition material that will stay clean and bright even in the most challenging environments.

LEM Lockout tags are available in two styles:

• heavy-duty reusable super-laminated tag
• rigid plastic

LEM rigid vinyl Lockout tags are included in Lockout stations and are available in units of 25 identical Lockout tags. Lockout tags are used to identify the employee applying the Lockout device. LEM Lockout tags are designed for repeat use. Lockout tags are available in both stock and custom formats and comply with current OSHA regulations.

LEM heavy-duty super-laminated Lockout tags are constructed for the most challenging work conditions. These Lockout tags are over-laminated to protect the graphics and hold up to grease, water, and extreme temperatures. The LEM heavy-duty super-laminated Lockout tag withstands up to 80 lbs. of pull force.

Both the rigid vinyl Lockout tags and the heavy-duty super-laminated Lockout tags are completed with eyelets / grommets that meet OSHA standards.

The LEM Lockout tag meets current OSHA regulations and is constructed for repeat use. To use the LEM Lockout tag, simple assign a set of tags to each employee. Lockout tags have brass eyelets for added strength and are large enough to accommodate most locks (inside diameter is 7/16”). The Lockout tag’s write-on matte finish allows employees to personalize the lockout tag with pen, pencil or permanent marker. LEM Lockout tags can withstand up to 80 pounds of pulling pressure and secure with nylon ties. Lockout tags are packages in units of 25 identical 3 1⁄4” x 5 1/2” tags.
