Stock Product
All the products are sold in the unit (per card, per package, or per kit) found in the "How to Order" information listed with each product in the catalog. Be sure to note the unit of the product you are purchasing.
Custom Product
Contact your local distributor for minimum order requirements and pricing. Unless otherwise specified, we reserve the right to ship up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered.
Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped via UPS, Parcel Post or Motor Freight depending on destination and weight. Freight and handling charges will be added to the invoice. Stock orders over $500.00 are shipped freight free, excluding Barricade, Buried Line, and Detectible Tapes.
Returns
Contact your LEM customer representative for return authorizations within thirty (30) days of receipt of product. Authorized returns for stock product ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
Shortages
Claims for shortages must be reported within five (5) days of receipt of order, or shipment will be deemed complete.
Limited Warranty
LEM products are sold with the understanding that the buyer will determine their suitability for, and adaptability to, the intended use. LEM Products Inc. warrants to the buyer that its products are free from defects in workmanship, but limits its obligation under this warranty to repair or replacement of the product shown to LEM Products Inc.'s satisfaction to have been defective at the time of sale, provided LEM Products Inc. is notified in writing of the defect within 30 days of delivery of the product. Exposure to harmful materials and chemicals, improper installation or operation, misuse or unauthorized alteration or modification of any LEM Products, Inc. product may void this warranty. This warranty is nontransferable and does not extend to any persons obtaining the product from the buyer. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED, TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, and of any other obligations of liability on the part of LEM Products Inc. Under no circumstances will LEM Products Inc. be liable for any loss, damage, expense or direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages of any kind relating to LEM Products Inc. products pursuant to any legal theory or cause of action, even if LEM Products Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall damages exceed the amount actually received by LEM Products Inc. from buyer for such product.
To obtain warranty service, contact the Customer Service Department for assistance in determining the nature of your problem and, if necessary, a return authorization number (RA #). No shipments will be accepted without a return authorization number (RA #) printed clearly on the package. Credits will not be issued prior to receipt and inspection of returned products.
