LEM Products Inc. is an independent, privately owned, nationally certified Women's Business Enterprise that has been manufacturing identification products for over 40 years.

LEM's Diversity Program

WOMEN & DIVERSITY BUSINESS GROWTH RESULTS IN ECONOMIC VITALITY & SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT LEM strategically secures products and services from certified women and diversity owned companies. We request that our suppliers establish diversity programs to support women and diversity owned businesses. More than 50% of LEM’s diverse staff have established 10 or more years of employment. Every LEM team member realizes that the only reason we are in business is because our clients trust their business to us. We do whatever it take to keep our clients for decades, period! LEM reaches out to our community to help us develop a strong, diverse workforce that will support the economic growth and development of our region. We extend our commitment beyond our company by supporting local charities such as the AJ Foundation, “supporting education for Children with Autism”. (www.ajfoundation.org) Diversity dollars count at LEM. Not only are we WBENC certified (www.wbenc.org), we actively enforce our own diversity program! LEM is committed to establishing trusting, reliable partnerships with clients and suppliers who incorporate pro-active diversity programs.
